Rules & FAQ'S
> I can't tow, do you deliver? Yes! We deliver and pick up, which also includes full set up and pick up of the unit so all you need to do is arrive and leave! Delivery prices vary for locations and some local campgrounds have a discount flat rate! Ask us for more information!
> Do I need insurance? Only if you choose to tow yourself. Our units are commercially insured by MBA insurance for all our renters at no additional cost to you! Should you wish to tow the trailer yourself you will need to purchase a insurance addendum, check out towing requirements for more information.
> I/We have never used a trailer before, can we still rent from you? Absolutely! We pride ourselves on being user friendly, especially with our first timers! Upon delivery we will go over everything for you, from opening the awnings to flushing the toilets!
> Can we bring our 4-legged family members? We LOVE taking our dogs with us everywhere, especially camping and are happy to extend that option to you! We allow DOGS ONLY, absolutley NO CATS under ANY circumstances. Our family uses these trailers for our own family adventures and we are extremely allergic to cats so please be courteous. If it is found that a cat was inside the unit at all you forfehit your entire security deposit and are subject to additional cleaning fees starting at $1,500. This is noted in our rental contracts.
> Do we have to sign a contract? Yes, we have our SRA rental agreement that is required to be signed to ensure both renters and owners are in agreement with all rental policies and terms.
> What is your cancellation policy? Upon booking you are required to pay 25% of your full booking total which is non refundable under any circumstances. You are free to cancel your trip at anytime with the understanding that you will lose the 25% booking deposit. We do not take the remaining amount until 2 days before your trip, if you choose to cancel after you have sent your final payment ( 2-1 days/ before your trip) you will receive the remaining balance back but NOT the 25% booking deposit. If you choose to cancel your trip the DAY OF your trip you will only receive 50% of your remaining balance back. This is all agreed to in our SRA agreement.
> What do we need to bring? Our units are fully stocked with everything you need to have a fun and comfortable trip! From a spatula to folding chairs, we try to have it all. For more in depth descriptions visit the Trailers page/s for full list of items inside the units!
